I became a member of Independent by Liberty Travel towards the end of 2020. Having spent the last 8 years at a Disney-focused agency, I was incredibly nervous about branching out on my own. I could not have made a better decision! The support staff has been amazing! When I needed a little hand-holding they would set up one-on-one meetings with me to make sure I was comfortable with the new systems I was learning. The agent to agent support is also fantastic. While I am still Disney Destinations and Universal Orlando focused, I know the support is there when I am booking other destinations. I am so happy I made the transition to ILT!

Independent by Liberty Travel is a wonderful agency to be affiliated with. They care for their agents, provide agents with ample resources and an abundance of support to grow their businesses. The communication we receive from the agency for agents via email and social media travel networks is resourceful, honest, effective and always done in a timely manner. Furthermore, trainings and workshops always provide a plethora of information that travel agents need to sustain their businesses in the ever changing travel industry. I have been with Independent by Liberty Travel for the last 4yrs. before that I worked in the store front of Liberty Travel for 8 1/2yrs.
