I have been with The Vacation Wizards for 6+ years now and it has been the best decision I could have made. First of all, having direct contact with a mentor to help you get started and to have a specific person available for all of those beginner questions is priceless. The agency has amped up their training and has a great program to introduce new agents to the world of travel. Besides that, mini training sessions throughout the year help agents keep up to date and learn new things to help them grow. We also have great relationships with our vendors which equals to even more training opportunities.
There is an initial fee, and then a yearly renewal fee, but no other hidden costs. I feel like the commission splits are fair and increasing them is easily attainable. Randy and Cheryl are great to work with, very professional and they are behind you and willing to help out in any situation.
We have a great work environment-really a family atmosphere, and everyone is eager to help each other out. Our yearly conference is a fantastic time for new education and reconnecting with our fellow agents, it’s something we look forward to all year long. I absolutely love my Wizard Family and cannot imagine a better work environment.

I've been a Wizard since 2017. It was genuinely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was totally new to travel when I joined, but was determined to learn and succeed. With their training and mentor program, I was matched with a wonderful mentor who has helped me do just that. She has become a valued friend and ally. This fosters a comfortable place for us to work, help each other out, and have a lot of fun. We have access to training, our mentors, and a CRM for client info and bookkeeping. There is a small upfront fee, but no monthly costs. Commissions are paid promptly, and our commission split is good. Individual success is celebrated and rewarded at our annual agency conference, along with special recognition throughout the year. Our agency owner is actively involved in all aspects of the agency. He treats all agents with respect and integrity. He is constantly looking for ways to make our experience better with new opportunities to learn and grow. I genuinely love what I do and the people I do it with, and would recommend our agency 100%.
