What is the benefit to joining a host agency that only hosts and does not sell travel as a travel agency?

Once we sign up, how long is it before we can book our own personal travel at a discount?

If I signed up with your agency, and then decided to leave, do I get my pending commissions? Is that in writing on the contract agreement?
