Travel Quest has been an absolute godsend in my life since the day I discovered them online through a Google search. Their various TQ 70-80-90-100 plans are excellent as they allow new agents to get their feet wet with very minimal overhead, and as you grow, your commission percentage can grow along with you. I've been with them for 4 years now as a 100% agent and I couldn't be happier. Their level of personal assistance is unbelievable considering how many successful agents are operating through them. They provided me with the exact framework I was looking for, in order to start my own agency, but feel supported by a large, extremely successful entity. Being affiliated with Travel Leaders as well, is also invaluable. The resources we have for education, training & vendor access/discounts/commissions are endless. TQ certainly embodies the motto of their home state which is 'Minnesota Nice,' while still being persistent & extremely professional. Can't say enough good things about them. I'm thankful to have found my home with them!

I've been a travel agent for 36 years and the last 7 years with Travel Quest.

Being in the business this long, you get used to doing things a certain way and I must admit, I drag my feet when there's change involved or have to learn a new procedure. BUT the staff at TQ has ALWAYS been there to say "you can do this" or "you're going to love this new format". And you know, they've been right every time. They have taught me so much. Their support staff is great and patient. If they don't know an answer, they will find out and
get back to you.

I've added that in for all the "older" agents, in the business who still want to and LOVE to sell travel, but are reluctant to walk away from the structured agency setting and go it on their own. You won't be alone with TQ - they always have your back.

TQ always has a meeting, seminar or a training to sign up for - if you want to learn more - or not - there's never any pressure - just the offer put out there for you to learn more.

And if the staff isn't help enough, you have a "family" of travel consultants of all various experience levels right with you. On their travel agent Forum, you can post a question and one, two or a dozen agents can comment, give you advise or just listen. That Forum (sometimes) is used, just to "blow off steam" - an amazing tool, in our crazy travel agent lives.

Like many have already said, I too researched many host agencies before deciding on my top 3. It took me a while to choose but I think the deciding factor was that Travel Quest appeared to be more like a "family" than just an agency. That was my impression based on my brief conversations with the staff. I never felt that they were trying to "sell" themselves, whereas with the other 2 agencies I was considering at the time, I didn't get that "comfortable" feeling I had with TQ.
