I began my journey with Avoya about 6 months ago. The training was excellent. It is online so you can move at your own pace. There is live support every step of the way. The trainers have a great deal of expertise and are very patient. About five months ago I began with my first client. The excellent support continued with Avoya's Early Success program. They offer outstanding workshops conducted by experts in the field. Upon completion of their Early Success program, the support continues. With every question I've had or challenge I've encountered, the Avoya team has been there with timely responses. Their platform for booking and managing travel is excellent. It's user friendly! Lastly, I credit my success, over $900,000 is sales in less than 5 months time, with the training and support I've received from the Avoya team.

The very best decision I have made for my travel career of over 45 years.
Avoya is owned by a family who applies outstanding professional ethics in all aspects of the company. Tremendous software to provide support. During Covid pandemic the management team led the way for us to come out stronger.

Big brothers roles change as you grow so now it's possible to do more without too much interaction but it's good knowing that they are no more than a click away.”

Avoya Travel has supported it's Independent Agents like me every step of the way through the entire Pandemic. We had access to experts to guide us through the maze of Government assistance; support on hand for everything we needed so we could continue to service our customers, and work with our suppliers. We have been working for free for a year because of all cancellations, but Avoya Travel has been there for us. We knew they were not going away, and that helped sustain me throughout this horrible year. I highly recommend them to any travel agent who is considering a host agency.

The support has been fantastic and all staff have been so encouraging in this tough time. They all have really tried to give us tools to pivot and go in a different direction with offerings to clients with borders closed and no cruising. There is also so much supplier and Avoya education to help us keep up with current info for when clients are ready and bookings increase.
